Hours:32 hours per week, over 4 days to include weekend and bank holiday working
Location: North Worle , Weston-Super-Mare
Salary:£25,175 per annum, pro rata for part time. Actual salary for 32 hours is £21,482.

Your role will be to assist with managing a team, supporting the North Worle Manager in the running of our largest shop.. Your main responsibility will be running of the shop floor in the manager’s absence and leading the team to achieve great customer service at all times.
You will also work with and manage a team of paid staff and volunteers,.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves retail and working in a lively, fast paced environment. You will need to have enthusiasm, leadership and motivational skills, be customer orientated and target focused, and enjoy working with a diverse range of products and people. You will also be required to complete paperwork and therefore a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential
