Description Now Hiring: Floor Manager – Èlephante Santa Monica Location: Santa Monica, CA Position: Full-Time Salary: $72,000–$82,000 + Bonus and Benefits, based on experience Èlephante Santa Monica is seeking a confident, service-driven Floor Manager to lead the dining room in a high-volume, upscale environment. This role is ideal for a manager with strong presence, excellent instincts on the floor, and a passion for leading teams through exceptional service. We are especially interested in candidates with strong tenure at notable restaurants, a proven ability to command the floor, and the personality to inspire teams during fast-paced service. Administrative skills can be trained — leadership on the floor cannot. About the Role As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing service, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from open to close. You will be highly visible on the floor, setting the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and pace.
