BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: •    Perform the functions of a slot floor person on a daily basis •    Front-line supervision of slot floor person. •    Hold slot floor person accountable for patrolling work zones. •    Promotes Teamwork across all departments. •    Train slot floor people on new technology/expectations. •    Level of authority for JP overrides and sign-offs. •    Research ticket information within the Oasis System and slot machine tracking log. •    Research promotional credit transactions within the Oasis System and slot machine tracking log. •    Understands all detail visible on a slot machine’s compass unit. •    Reports to Gaming Ops Supervisor/Shift Managers. •    Clears currency jams in slot bill acceptors. •    Performs general machine maintenance and ticket fills. •    Pays and/or verifies hand-paid slot jackpots. •    Answers guests' questions relating to slot machine pay tables and property promotions and events. Other duties as assigned by management MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION): •    Good verbal communication skills. •    Basic math skills •    Mississippi Gaming License Required.  •   Must be at least 21 of age.
