Description

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Degree in Business, Statistics or Economics preferred
  • 2 year of Kroger space management experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of merchandising or data analysis experience preferred
  • Proficient Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using JDA software; the ability to read and understand floor plans, planograms, and fixture specifications preferred
  • Knowledge of the KOMPASS process preferred
  • Capacity to learn multiple computer systems and web-based applications
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Capability to collaborate with others and contribute effectively to a team
  • Expert organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively craft and deliver a message verbally to any audience including senior level executives
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task

MINIMUM PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Must be able to:
  • Remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
  • Lift 10-30 lbs. occasionally
