Description

,Do you take pride in seeing a job well done — and love the idea of transforming tired floors into something beautiful again?
At Sussex Floor Care, based in Crowborough, we restore wood and stone floors to their former glory in homes and businesses across the South East. We’re growing fast, and now looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our small, friendly, and professional team.

We don’t cut corners. We don’t settle for “good enough.” We deliver a flawless product and a world-class customer experience, every time. That means:

  • Showing up on time and fully prepared
  • Working with care, precision, and consistency
  • Taking ownership of each job, no matter how big or small
  • Respecting our clients’ homes like they were our own
  • Communicating clearly and kindly with customers and teammates
  • Being presentable, polite, and professional at all time
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a varied and physically active role where no two days are the same. You’ll be:

  • Sanding and refinishing wood floors
  • Cleaning, sealing, and polishing natural stone floors
  • Using specialist machinery (up to 50kg) and products
  • Travelling to different job sites (you’ll start each day at our unit in Crowborough)

You’ll work directly with clients, often in their homes, so professionalism, good manners, and attention to detail are essential.

THIS ROLE ISN’T FOR EVERYONE

We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built — and we’re serious about maintaining it.

  • Being presentable, polite, and professional at all times

This role is for team players who believe in quality, experience the customer receives, and who are committed to doing things properly every time.
