Description
This role reports to the Manager and will assist in the following: Welcoming the guests as they come into the restaurant Clean all tables after the guests have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of guests Serve and pack warm foods to the guests in an effective manner and in strict accordance with the orders of such guests Assist kitchen and bar staff and outdoor area whenever such assistance is required Maintain the chart of all available deals and products periodically and refresh such chart on daily basis Any other appropriate responsibilities as assigned Previous experience in a fine dining, club or dining lounge environment is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Comfortable with rotating shifts and night shifts.
Responsibilities
The role involves welcoming guests, serving and packing food, and maintaining table cleanliness. Additionally, the crew assists kitchen and bar staff and manages the daily updates of product and deal charts.
