Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of staff members to deliver exceptional service. Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall customer experience Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Prepare and maintain accurate reports on daily operations, staff performance, and any incidents Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovation Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a related field Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick decisions under pressure Superior verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding service Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems Knowledge of industry-related safety regulations and procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move around the facility Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a multinational or diverse work environment Relevant industry certifications or training Additional Information Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
