The Princess Victoria near Shepherd’s Bush are looking for a talented supervisor to join their team. The Princess Victoria is a popular pub serving high volumes of food and drink, with a function room and five hotel rooms. We are looking for a confident and competent person to manage the pub a few shifts a week and assist the General Manager.

The role includes:

• Maintaining excellent service at the bar and at the table
• Training of new staff
• Managing a large team of staff 2-3 shifts a week
• Managing a large venue with a function room & boutique hotel rooms
• Some day-to-day admin including ordering stock and closing tills at the end of day

The candidate must have:

• An enthusiastic, energetic and friendly personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• At least 6 months supervising experience in a busy, fast paced, pub environment, some experience of large private functions would be beneficial
• Basic IT and admin skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confidence to manage a large team of up to 25 staff and up to 280 customers
• Flexibility with working hours – must be available evenings and weekends
