JOB SUMMARY

The Floor Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant or hospitality environment. QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen operations.
• Previous experience in hospitality, including roles such as barista or hotel staff, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
