Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards. Assign duties and monitor team performance. Train and support housekeeping staff. Handle guest requests and resolve complaints. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards. Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. What you bring Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotels.
