JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at a leading healthcare clinic in Dubai. The Floor Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the clinic floor, ensuring smooth patient flow, effective team management, and excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with healthcare standards while providing an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

• Team Supervision & Coordination:
• Supervise and coordinate the clinic’s healthcare staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and front desk personnel.
• Ensure all team members are adhering to their responsibilities and maintaining high standards of service and care.
• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback to clinic staff.
• Patient Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient processing of patients from check-in to treatment and discharge.
• Address any patient issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all patients are treated with respect and in accordance with clinic policies.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
• Ensure that all operations on the floor comply with local healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Regularly inspect the cleanliness and safety of the clinic environment to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and handling sensitive patient information according to confidentiality standards.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Oversee day-to-day activities on the clinic floor, ensuring equipment and supplies are stocked, organized, and functioning correctly.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve operational processes and address any inefficiencies.
• Report any incidents or issues that affect the clinic’s operations or patient care.
• Customer Service & Patient Satisfaction:
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by maintaining a professional and caring atmosphere throughout the clinic.
• Assist patients with inquiries or concerns and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Resolve any escalated patient complaints effectively and professionally.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Serve as a liaison between clinic staff, patients, and management.
• Facilitate effective communication between all clinic departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide input to improve clinic processes.
