Greet each customer with class, courtesy, and attention.
Coordinate traffic on the floor to ensure smooth service.
Ensure the order, cleanliness, and aesthetics of the dealership.
Support the sales and service team in their customer interactions.
Manage special requests and ensure five-star service.
Be a true pillar of the customer experience at Mercedes-Benz
Required profile:
Experience in hospitality, high-end reception, or VIP customer service
Neat appearance, professional attitude, warm approach
Strong organizational and priority management skills
Ability to handle multiple requests calmly and efficiently
