FLOOR SUPERVISOR – AMAZING GRACE, LONDON BRIDGE

K&G Hospitality are looking for a Floor Supervisor who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to take the lead in our dynamic live music venue.
You’ll have at least 2 years of restaurant, bar, or floor management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll love great hospitality, have a sharp eye for detail, and be confident leading a team while also rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in when needed.

Salary: £15ph + tronc

Experience:

Responsibilities

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Leading the floor team during service to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Being the main point of contact for guests during service, resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
  • Supporting the management team with daily floor operations and delegating tasks to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Overseeing table allocations, reservations, and guest seating to maximise service efficiency.
  • Introducing guests to the menu, answering questions about dishes, specials, ingredients, and pricing.
  • Ensuring all service areas are fully set, clean, and well-presented before and during service.

  • Monitoring team performance and providing on-the-spot training and feedback.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Processing payments, handling cash, and ensuring accurate till procedures.
  • Meeting with managers and team members daily to discuss menu changes, specials, reservations, and guest requirements.
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new floor staff.
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and venue information.
  • Supporting with Design My Night booking management (experience preferred).
  • Ad hoc duties as required to ensure service excellence.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £15.00-£17.50 per hour
