Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor for our client's lifestyle restaurants. The Floor Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service Ability to manage a team effectively and train new staff Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma, or additional qualification in hospitality management is a plus As per market standards
