We are looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor to complement our restaurant management team.
Lunya is a Spanish inspired restaurant, bar and Deli. We are a busy venue in Liverpool One, serving the very best of Catalan and Spanish inspired food and drink. We have an informal but elegant style of service and are looking for an exceptional candidate to maintain and further develop standards.
You must be/have:
- at least 1 year of restaurant supervisor experience
- able to serve a busy restaurant section
- able to bring out the best in your colleagues
- able to lead by example
- passionate about great food and drink
- able to engage positively with our lovely customers
- hard working, organised and tidy
- computer literate and have of experience of cashouts (we are cash free, so just credit cards for us!)
- able and willing to take responsibility and show your initiative
- ambitious and looking to move into a DGM role in the next 2 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, expected hours will be around 30 per week.
Salary: £12.63 per hour; We have monthly tips paid via a Tronc
