OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment Floor Supervisor to lead our on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, a passion for guest service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily floor activities, supporting team members, and ensuring our entertainment offerings run seamlessly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an entertainment, hospitality, or retail environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
