JOB DETAILS:

We’re looking for someone experienced to lead our front-of-house team. If you’ve worked in hospitality and can motivate a team, manage a busy floor, and keep guests happy, this role is for you.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Oversee daily service and keep things running smoothly
• Support servers and help during rush hours
• Resolve customer concerns and special requests
• Assign tables and manage staff flow
• Help train new staff and maintain high FOH standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in a lead server or supervisor role
• Smart Serve certification is prefered
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Available evenings, weekends, and busy periods
• Must have a valid Canadian work permit
