You'll lead a dynamic team of dealers, ensure games run smoothly, and deliver top-tier guest service with every hand. THE SCHEDULE: SWING 8:00PM - 4:00AM THE DAY-TO-DAY: Game & Dealer Oversight: Lead and support dealers on the floor to ensure games are run smoothly, accurately, and with outstanding guest service. Table Operations & Compliance: Oversee table operations by maintaining bankrolls, verifying documentation, and ensuring all procedures and equipment are handled with integrity. Player Management & Risk Awareness: Monitor and evaluate player activity, respond to unusual behavior or high-limit play, and alert management to any concerns or irregularities.
