We are currently seeking an Experienced Full-Time Floor Supervisor to join our team (Monday - Friday 10am -3pm ) at The Brook Inn. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service at all times
  • Lead by example, supporting and motivating the waiting team
  • Provide a warm, professional, and memorable experience for all guests
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or senior waiting staff role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
