Key elements of your Role : Manage a team of waiter/waitress and make sure everyone is working as a team to provide expected level of service and efficiency Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Ensure quick, friendly and professional service at all times Share your knowledge of our South American inspired dishes and drinks, making thoughtful recommendations. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and high standards Maintain high presentation standards, keeping tables tidy and ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly Keep a clean and presentable area, ready for guests at all times Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager. Responsibilities

The Floor Supervisor will manage the waiter/waitress team to ensure efficient service delivery and provide warm, attentive service to guarantee an unforgettable dining experience for every guest. This includes sharing knowledge of the South American inspired menu and collaborating closely with kitchen and bar teams.
