WonderWorks (Location) is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our team! Our Floor Supervisors orchestrate a WONDERful experience for our guests by ensuring smooth building operations. Floor supervisors expertly handle guest concerns, coordinate team member rotations and breaks, and step in where needed to deliver exceptional guest service! Responsibilities: Greet and interact with guests and team members, providing exemplary customer service Under the direction of the Manager on Duty, coordinate attendant breaks, rotation, and cleaning assignments for the shift Report issues to the Manager on Duty Escalate customer complaints and/or incidents to Manager on Duty/General Manager as necessary Assist in admissions, retail, laser tag, concessions, ropes course, and other departments as needed Clean and stock bathrooms and bubble lab Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills Ability to multitask, work independently, and make reasonable and ethical decisions quickly Ability to anticipate guest needs Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions High school diploma or equivalent required At least one year of supervisory experience preferred Previous themed entertainment and hospitality experience is preferred Ability to stand, stoop, climb, bend, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal WonderWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
