ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years previous experience with floor installations (floor prep, timber, vinyl)
• Certified III in Carpentry or Flooring
• Self motivated and solutions oriented.
• English speaking
• Physically fit, healthy and able
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lead/train junior installers.
• White card and associated skills certificates.
• Valid drivers license

  Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: In perso

• Collection of material from warehouse and delivery to site
• Assess site health and safety risks.
• Unloading and installation of material at building site.
• Understand building plans and floor installation layout plans.
• Quantify and estimate costs of repair work, floor preparation and other aspects of installation work
• Clean work area of waste material to designated waste areas.
• Fill out job completion documents and report to Operations & Installation Manager
