SUMMARY

As a Retail Flooring Sales professional, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, delivering accurate quotes , in home estimates, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Utilizing your premium skills in negotiation and marketing, you will engage with clients to promote high-end flooring solutions. Your relevant skills in merchandising and account management will further enhance our team’s success in achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty. QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
• Proficiency in account management and marketing strategies
• Excellent negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
• Familiarity with merchandising and product demonstrations to drive sales
