JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Flooring Sales & Design Associate to assist clients in selecting the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or businesses. This role combines sales expertise with a strong eye for design to guide customers through product selection, provide design recommendations, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in flooring sales, interior design, or home improvement retail preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Knowledge of different flooring materials and design trends preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans and measurements.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Builds positive relationships with team members and contributes to a supportive work environment.
