JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting customers with product selections, managing transactions, and maintaining an organized retail environment.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in retail sales, with knowledge of high-end sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with CAD or SketchUp software for design-related products is advantageous.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively.
  • Experience in outside sales or inside sales is beneficial, particularly in renovation or construction sectors.
  • Negotiation skills to facilitate successful customer interactions and close sales effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
