We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and help drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to sell effectively while building rapport with customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
• Proficient in account management practices for maintaining customer relationships.
• Familiarity with market trends and product knowledge relevant to the retail industry.
• Experience using POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

• Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Negotiate sales terms and conditions to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts by updating information and following up on inquiries.
• Market promotional offers to customers to enhance sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
• Communicate product knowledge clearly to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.
