We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Salesperson to join our growing family owned business. This role combines sales expertise with hands-on warehouse operations, perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and wants to be part of a dynamic team serving the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle regions. Our business is rapidly growing and looking to scale into multiple locations in the next 12 months.

Sales & Customer Service
- Conduct sales of residential and commercial flooring products including carpet, hybrid flooring, vinyl planks, laminate, engineered timber, and carpet tiles
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers with professionalism and product knowledge
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate flooring solutions based on their needs, budget, and space requirements
- Provide accurate quotes by working from plans and measurements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Operations & Warehouse Duties
- Order stock from suppliers
- Maintain stock organization on shelves and ensure showroom presentation standards
- Cut carpet and prepare orders for outgoing installation jobs
- General warehouse maintenance and cleaning duties
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock rotation
