We are a well-established high-end flooring company based in North London, known for our quality, service, and style. Our beautiful showroom showcases the latest flooring trends and designs, and we are now looking for a versatile individual to split their time between managing our social media presence and assisting customers in our showroom.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Previous experience in Retail Home Sales (Flooring Industry a Plus).
  • Strong knowledge of customer relations.
  • Excellent communication.
    Location: Head Office in Tottenham, North London
    Pay: £38,000 - £45,000 based on experience (Monthly pay in arrears)
    Benefits: Pension and holiday pay.
    Hours: Sunday 10am > 4pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00am > 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am > 3pm (Wednesday & Saturday off).
    Status: Employed PAYE
    Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
    Pay: £45,000 DOE

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a part-time role combining digital marketing and in-person customer interaction. You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients who visit in person, and also managing, creating, engaging on all social media platforms content that promotes our business, products and showroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Showroom

  • Welcome customers and provide a friendly first point of contact.
  • Support clients in exploring flooring options.
  • Keep the showroom tidy, organised, and visually appealing.
  • Answer product and pricing enquiries and assist the sales team.
  • Engage and negotiate with customers until a sale is closed.

Social Media

  • Create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Photograph and video fitting sites, showroom displays, new products, and completed projects.
  • Respond to online enquiries and messages.
  • Track engagement and suggest ways to grow our online presence.
