Hello, Cascades at Galveston in Galveston, TX is actively looking to hire a full-time Floors Technician to specialize in cleaning/maintaining the floors at our facility: Job Description: You will be the resident expert with floor cleaning in all areas of the facility including stripping, cleaning, waxing, etc. Clean and perform routine maintenance on floor equipment, requesting assistance from maintenance as needed Maintain accurate floor care logs and checklists Operate all equipment with care and according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures Benefits: Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Employer-matching 401k retirement program Up to 16 days' paid time off per year Company paid Life Insurance Requirements: Six months' prior commercial floor cleaning/housekeeping experience Thorough understanding of floor cleaning chemicals, practices, and machine operation/maintenance High School Diploma required Reliable transportation to/from work Authorized to work in the U.S.
