JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Floral Assistant to join our team. As a floral assistant, you will support our lead florists in designing, preparing, and maintaining floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, corporate events, holidays, and daily orders.
This is a hands-on role that requires a love for flowers, a good eye for design, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for flowers and floral design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design instructions
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting buckets or boxes of flowers
• Previous experience in a flower shop or similar environment is a plus but not required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work weekends or holidays if needed

• Assist with the preparation and assembly of floral arrangements and bouquets
• Unpack, trim, and care for fresh flowers and greenery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and flower cooler
• Help set up floral installations for events and deliveries
• Manage inventory of floral supplies and report shortages
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients in-store or during deliveries
• Support florists with daily tasks and special projects as needed
