Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to implement all company and division policies to maximize sales and profits within the Floral department while role modeling core company values such as respect, honesty, and integrity. This role requires demonstrating abilities in production, merchandising, and customer service related to floral sales, alongside maintaining knowledge of floral arrangement and plant/flower care.
