Awtad is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Design and Visual Presentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing beautiful floral arrangements and creating visually appealing presentations that enhance the ambiance of our properties and corporate events. Your artistic flair and expertise will contribute to showcasing Awtad’s commitment to excellence and elegance in every visual detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, color theory, and event styling, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure cohesive and attractive visual presentations. Responsibilities Design and create tasteful floral arrangements for office spaces, events, and special occasions. Work closely with event planners and marketing teams to develop visual presentation concepts. Maintain and care for floral supplies and ensure freshness and quality. Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and decorative materials. Stay current with trends in floral design and visual merchandising. Coordinate setup and breakdown of floral displays and presentations at events. Collaborate with other departments to ensure visual consistency with brand standards. Develop seasonal and thematic floral concepts aligned with company branding. Proven experience in floral design and visual presentation. Strong creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Good knowledge of color theory and design principles. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage inventory and supplies efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work during special events and weekends as needed.
