We are seeking a talented and dependable florist to join our team. This role requires prior floral design experience, as you will be creating arrangements, bouquets, and event pieces. However, this position is not limited to design work — you will also support the daily operations of the shop to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and event pieces with creativity and attention to detail.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide design recommendations.
• Care for and maintain fresh flowers, including conditioning, watering, and rotating stock.
• Assist with customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Support general shop duties: cleaning work areas, merchandising displays, and restocking supplies.
• Assist with deliveries, including packaging and transporting floral orders when required.
• Contribute to seasonal events, weddings, and special orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in floral design in a flower shop.
• Strong creative and technical design skills with flowers and greenery.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with physical work, such as lifting buckets and standing for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
