What You'll Do: Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need Go the extra mile to engage customers Examine sales floor to ensure floral department is well-stocked Order flowers, plants, and other greenery for use. Receiving shipments, and then snipping and displaying our flowers. Creating beautiful and stunning bouquets and floral arrangements. Advise customers on the proper care and maintenance of floral arrangements. Maintain inventory levels of floral department and restock as needed. Ensure that flowers and plants are properly watered and stored to prevent wilting. Foster a productive working environment. Motivate and inspire staff while facilitating personal growth. Set strategic long and short-term goals and evaluate outcomes. Guarantee the highest levels of quality are met. Staying updated with the latest trends in the floral industry. Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role. A genuine dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
