This is a unique opportunity for an experienced florist who enjoys balancing creativity with operational leadership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional products, smooth daily operations, and consistently outstanding customer experiences. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, including: · Leading floral production and quality standards · Managing daily workflow and production planning · Coordinating stock, purchasing, and supplier relationships · Ensuring dispatch readiness and operational efficiency · Driving continuous improvement across systems and processes · Supporting and developing team capability · Maintaining a customer-first mindset in everything you do · Opening and closure of the retail store About You We’re looking for someone who combines strong floristry expertise with commercial awareness and operational capability.
