You will be responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements, managing daily shop operations, and working closely with customers.

• Proven experience as a florist, with leadership or senior-level experience.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and design techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and reliable.

• Florist: 5 years (Preferred)
