Job Description Design, create, and maintain floral arrangements for hotel public areas, guestrooms, restaurants, spa, and banquet events Supervise and train the florist team, ensuring daily schedules and assignments are completed to the highest standards Work closely with the Banquet, Events, and F&B teams to design floral concepts for special functions and events Monitor inventory, order fresh flowers, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness Ensure proper care and handling of all flowers, plants, and decorative items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workshop and storage areas Support the Housekeeping team in creating a welcoming atmosphere through floral presentation Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional florist experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong creativity and knowledge of floral design, trends, and arrangements for luxury hotels and events Ability to work under pressure and meet event deadlines Good leadership, organization, and communication skills Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed Ability to speak, read, and write in Thai is required; English communication is an advantage Hotel experience preferred Additional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
