Flowers Gold Coast is seeking a Florist to join our Ashmore Studio Team! You will be capable of designing stunning floral arrangements and contributing to coordinate the daily flow of orders and customer interactions you can expect to see in the day to day of the studio.
This role will begin as a casual position with hours ranging from 15-38 per week.
The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and eagerness to contribute alongside their fellow team members. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving overall success as a team with a strong understanding of the team’s goals & objectives. We are looking for someone that can join a close knit, friendly and fun loving team.
Hands on floristry experience, either in a shop or gained by completing a Certificate III is required. Unfortunately if you have no experience, we currently cannot consider you for this role.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• contribute to the organised, fun & smooth running of the day to day.
• successfully design event flowers, setting up & delivering when required.
• assist with inventory control, ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock.
• consistently produce beautiful floral arrangements.
• meet daily production targets & support any team members.
• maintain a clean, organized & safe work environment.
• Able to communicate with our customers in person and via phone or email
• Happy to work with our friendly in-house Puppy!
