JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in horticulture and gardening, with the ability to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, house plant care and flower care.
• Strong customer service skills
• Good eye for design and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
• Creative flair with an eye for design and detail in floral arrangements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• A passion for flowers and customer service is essential.
• Social Media ready - update Instagram and Facebook regularly
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From £12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 14 – 25 per week

• Creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets - using real and artificial flowers
• Preparing flowers and maintaining stock
• Supporting with events such as weddings and funerals
• Keeping the premises clean, tidy, and welcomin
• Maintain the health and appearance of plants and flowers through proper care and handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
• Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance creativity in arrangements.
