Job Title: Flow Wrap Operative
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 5pm until midnight.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Flow Wrap Operative to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate flow wrapping machinery to package products efficiently and to a high standard, maintaining quality and safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate flow wrapping machines.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous operation.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure packaging meets company and customer specifications.
• Identify and report any faults or issues with the machinery or products.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience operating flow wrap or other packaging machinery (preferred but not essential – training can be provided).
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
