Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods from our warehouse to our customers using a van, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery. The driver will operate in a commercial driving environment and must be familiar with courier and route driving. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and working independently.
Duties:
- Drive a van or other commercial vehicle to deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate a vehicle and navigate through heavy traffic.
- Load and unload products from the vehicle.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with customer instructions and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues that may arise.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure that it is in good working condition.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of route driving and the ability to navigate through heavy traffic.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong knowledge of delivery driver best practices and courier protocols.
