Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver & Shop Assistant

Join our fun, creative, and energetic team! We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Drivers & Shop Assistants to help bring our floral designs to life in the community. While your primary role will be ensuring timely and safe deliveries, you’ll also get to support our busy flower shop with day-to-day tasks, making every day a little different.

What You’ll Do

• Safely deliver floral arrangements, plants, and event flowers to clients, venues, and businesses.
• Provide excellent customer service at every drop-off — you’re the friendly face of our shop!
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth hand-offs and schedules.
• Assist in the shop with tasks such as:
• Processing and organizing flowers
• Answering phones and taking messages/orders
• Light shop support and tidying as needed
• Flexibly pitch in where needed — from carrying event setups to helping package orders.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle (clean, fueled, and organized).

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record (required).
• Strong communication skills with both customers and team members.
• Flexible, positive attitude — no two days are the same in a flower shop!
• Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements and supplies.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine team spirit.
• Bonus: Comfort working in a creative environment and a love of flowers

Pay: $18.00-$22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
