JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a hard working flower cutter/organizer for our daily fresh flower and plant shipments , creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, plants & colors with an eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create visually appealing displays that attract customers and enhance their shopping experience. This role requires strong, hard working, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of fresh flower merchandising principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in Flower merchandising or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Flowers & Plants care practices in a wholesale or retail setting
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A background in Floral, grower, harvesting or garden centre is a plus.

  Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

• Receive, unpack, cut, conditioning, organize daily fresh flower & plant shipments.

Create eye-catching flower displays in multiple coolers that effectively showcase * * --*-Flowers, ensuring they are well stocked and presented attractively.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and adjust displays accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels, Quality control and assist with stocking to maintain product availability.
• Utilize retail space and optimize product placement for maximum impact.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the merchandising area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Stay current on industry trends in visual merchandising, gardening, horticulture, floral design, and e-commerce to enhance display effectiveness.
