WHO WE ARE The Colorado Floor Company has served Colorado home builders and families since 1988. We provide cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, stairs, trim, doors, and window coverings for production, semi-custom, custom home builders and general contractors.   SUMMARY OF POSITION: The position of Field Technician is vital to the company’s mission and as such requires a high level of commitment and attention to detail. The position assists upper-level management and oversees customer care and repairs pre and post close to ensure a productive workflow within the project.   PAY RANGE: $25-$29 PER HOUR   PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer care pre-post close. * Work as part of a team to complete jobs on time. * Maintain clean vehicle and work area after the job is completed. * Communicate/document on site and material updates – process per trade. * Complete homeowner warranty calendar tasks and requests and updates calendar. * Communicate directly with PM about each job. * Follows all safety requirements at home office and off site. * Maintain professional relationships with homeowners and onsite builder representatives. * Other duties as assigned.
