What you will do: Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails; Diagnose and resolve technical and customer-related issues efficiently; Provide direct customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels; Manage the full lifecycle of escalated support tickets, from initial assessment through resolution and follow-up; Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely escalation and resolution of complex issues. What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level for both speakig and writing); At least 1 year of experience in customer service; Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly; Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with modern digital tools and platforms; Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Strong analytical thinking and research skills; Positive, proactive and responsible attitude; Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
