About the role: We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead client implementations and ensure projects are delivered successfully from kickoff to adoption. In this role, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams, manage stakeholder relationships and drive initiatives that help customers achieve their goals. You'll play a key role in coordinating projects, improving processes, and ensuring clients receive ongoing value from our solution. Excited? Let’s see what it takes 💛 What you will do: Manage implementation projects and coordinate delivery between clients and internal teams; Gather business, functional and technical requirements and collaborate with the Integrations department to ensure successful execution; Facilitate workshops and guide clients on transformation and operational best practices; Partner with clients to develop strategies that drive long-term adoption, success and satisfaction; Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and follow-ups; Monitor client activity and operations to ensure projects remain on track and objectives are met; Identify opportunities for process improvements and help clients maximize the value of the platform; Deliver ocasional training sessions and support key users in adopting and effectively using the solution; What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written), with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences; 3+ years of project management experience within a software, implementation or consulting environment; Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; Ability to adapt and to work within an international environment; A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving projects forward; The ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and business processes; A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment; A desire to continuously learn, develop new skills and embrace feedback; A passion for start-ups, entrepreneurship, digital and new technologies; Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload); Benefits: This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, from 9 AM–5 PM EDT; Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely; Inclusive international environment; Compensation in USD; Rewards for referring friends; Balance between project workload and personal time, but also – internal health policy; Responsive leadership interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation; Greenhouse conditions for self-development; A culture built on trust, with no time-tracking requirements. *The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
