As a Technical Support Consultant, you will provide world-class support to customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment while working fully remotely. Accountabilities: Provide exceptional technical and customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels. Build positive, long-lasting relationships with customers by addressing their concerns efficiently and professionally. Ensure security and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information. Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and services to deliver accurate guidance. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary. Apply industry best practices to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and team KPIs. Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for both written and spoken communication. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles. Strong writing and communication skills, including professional email correspondence. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently. Analytical mindset with strong research skills and attention to detail. Positive, responsible, and proactive attitude. Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
