OVERVIEW:

Pillway is building tech products to simplify the patient experience. As a Flutter Developer, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to create innovative product experiences that improve people’s lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of professional experience in application development using Flutter for mobile and web platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Experience deploying and optimizing applications for iOS, Android, and web browsers.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integration libraries.
  • Deep understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC).
  • Experience with unit and integration testing for mobile and web.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD processes for mobile and web deployments.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles for seamless cross-platform experiences.
  • Experience with Git version control and code collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of agile development and healthcare/digital health products is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant applications using Flutter for Android, iOS, and web platforms.
  • Implement responsive UI and state management using frameworks like Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC to ensure consistent cross-platform behaviour.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver features aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Optimize performance across mobile and web platforms, ensuring smooth rendering and fast load times.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and industry standards for Flutter and Dart.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools for functionality like push notifications, analytics, and payments.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Stay current with new technologies, Flutter releases, and best practices, proactively bringing improvements to the team.
