Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to manage our Facilities Management (FM) and Projects procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP Ariba.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on FM and projects.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
• Experience in a similar industry or sector.
• Familiarity with sustainable procurement practices.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for FM and projects.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Utilize SAP Ariba for procurement activities, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance tracking.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
