Description

Hiring: FM Engineer - Abu Dhabi.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) in a commercial or residential property. Ensures equipment reliability, safety, compliance, and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain all MEP systems and building equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to breakdowns or faults.
  • Coordinate with vendors and supervise on-site work.
  • Monitor BMS and support energy-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation and support audits and safety checks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in facilities or building maintenance.
  • Knowledge of BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Safety awareness and good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handover/takeover documentation and processes.
  • Language: English, Hindi, Urdu (Required)
  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
